The Gran Telescopio Canarias: A Celestial Spectacle on La Palma
As the final night on La Palma approached, the weather offered a mixed bag. Undeterred, we made our way back up the Roque de los Muchachos at nightfall, with a clear mission: to capture the magnificent Gran Telescopio Canarias silhouetted against the ethereal glow of the Milky Way.
This grand finale to a week of stellar adventures with fellow astro enthusiasts proved to be a truly unforgettable experience. Despite the challenging weather, the sheer presence of the telescope under such a vast, star-filled sky was breathtaking.
