My First Real Attempt at Astrophotography

I'm pretty happy with this result! While I know I have a lot to learn, the process only fuels the obsession even more. I'm eager to improve, and I'm open to any suggestions you might have.

This shot was captured using a Sony A7III with a Samyang 14mm f/2.8 lens. The settings were:

  • Aperture: f/2.8
  • Exposure: 25 seconds
  • ISO: 4000

Night Sky Capture

The location for this shot was the beautiful Kissimmee Prairie State Preserve Park in Florida, US. It was a fantastic experience, even with the local wildlife!

I love how the image managed to capture the stars, the silhouette of the trees, and what appears to be the fading light of sunset all in one frame. Keep at it, the beauty and inspiration are greatly appreciated!
