Milky Way Over a Chapel: A Cosmic Spectacle
In the stillness of a moonless summer night, when the world comes to rest, a breathtaking spectacle unfolds above St. Joseph's Chapel on the Alter Berg near Böttingen.
The Milky Way, our galactic home, stretches in a sparkling band across the picturesque chapel and the vast landscape of the Swabian Alb. A great night under the stars together with my astro friends Julian and Chris.
This capture is a testament to the beauty that can be witnessed when we escape the confines of light pollution and look up. It's moments like these that make us ponder our place in the universe.
