The capture was made using a Sony A7CR camera paired with a versatile 16-35mm f/4 G lens, allowing for a wide field of view to encompass both the fort and the sweeping arc of our galaxy.
To bring out the intricate details of the Milky Way, a staggering 100 frames were stacked using DeepSkyStacker (DSS). This powerful technique reduces noise and enhances the faint light of distant celestial objects. The subsequent post-processing, expertly handled in Photoshop and Lightroom, further refined the image, bringing its full splendor to life.
