A Celestial Debut: My First Moon Photograph!

It's a special night when the Moon graces the sky, and for me, it was even more special as I captured its beauty for the very first time.

On September 1st, 2025, at precisely 10:42 PM in India, I turned my gaze skyward. Equipped with my brand new Celestron PowerSeeker 60AZ telescope – my first foray into the world of amateur astronomy – I embarked on this exciting journey.

This wasn't just about pointing and shooting; it was about learning, experimenting, and a whole lot of patience. To say I'm thrilled with the result would be an understatement. Seeing the Moon through my own telescope and then managing to capture it is an incredible feeling.

This image represents a significant milestone for me, marking the beginning of what I hope will be a long and fulfilling journey into the wonders of astrophotography. Every crater, every subtle shadow tells a story, and I'm eager to explore more of our celestial neighbor and beyond.
