Milky Way Over Joshua Tree National Park
Last year, I had the incredible opportunity to capture the majestic Milky Way stretching across the iconic landscape of Joshua Tree National Park. It's a place known for its unique desert beauty, and under a clear night sky, it transforms into a celestial wonderland.
Overcoming Light Pollution
A common challenge for astrophotographers, especially in areas near populated centers, is light pollution. Palm Springs, while a source of warmth and welcome, can cast a glow that diminishes the visibility of faint celestial objects. I made a few careful adjustments to the images I captured to mitigate this effect, aiming to reveal the true depth and brilliance of our galaxy.
