Boot Arch & the Milky Way: A Night Under the Stars
This past weekend, I ventured out to the iconic Alabama Hills and found myself at a truly unique natural wonder: Boot Arch. As the name suggests, the arch formation here genuinely resembles a boot, a quirky yet captivating geological feature.
It was an incredible night spent under some of the most spectacular skies, sharing the experience with a new friend and fellow astrophotographer. This particular shot is a cherished memory from that night – it features me standing beside the arch, silhouetted against the majestic, rising band of the Milky Way.
Moments like these, where human presence meets the vastness of the cosmos, are truly what inspire this passion for astrophotography. It's a reminder of our place in the universe and the breathtaking beauty that surrounds us.
