This incredible capture was made possible using a Nikon Z5ii with a Nikkor Z 20mm f/1.8 S lens. It's a single exposure, taken at ISO 2500, with an aperture of f/2 and a shutter speed of 15 seconds. The processing, including noise reduction, color grading, exposure correction, and cropping, was handled entirely within Lightroom Classic.

The experience of witnessing such an event firsthand is truly unforgettable. It's moments like these that remind us of the immense beauty and dynamic nature of our universe. The raw file, an NEF, was processed and then exported as a JPEG, showcasing the exceptional detail and clarity that can be achieved with dedicated astrophotography equipment and skillful editing.

This image is a testament to the power of capturing fleeting celestial events, and it's a privilege to share this glimpse of the cosmos with you all.
